Balanced diest is the composition of different kinds of food materials which are highly nutitrive having adequate amount of nutritios necessary for the overall development of body.
Not its not same for everyone. The poor and low income person cannot afford to consume all sorts of nutritive diet to their best . But tbey can maintain their food consumption.
