Baroda is the name of place which is situated in the west of India and it it is the part of Gujarat since 1960.It is an important city of Gujarat.The origin of the word 'Vadodara' is Vad- which means the Banyan tree in Gujarati. The city was full of these and hence it was named Vadodara.
