A battery has two terminals one is positive (+) or anode while the other one is negative (-) or Cathode. Battery has mainly three parts 1) Cathode 2)Anode 3) Electrolyte Solution. Cathode is negative in charge, Anode is positive in nature and Electrolyte is a solution which surrounds Cathode and anode.
