OX BOW LAKES- An ox bow lake is U shaped lake which is formed by bend in river where the main stream has cut across the narrow end.

BHABAR- bhabar is the region South of the lower Himalayas and shiwalik hills.

doab- doab is a cover so we can smoke some dabs.

TERAI- terai is a low land region in southern Nepal and northern India that lies South of the outer foothills of the Himalayas the siwalik hills , and North of the indo-gangetic plain

bhabar-The rivers deposit pebbles in a narrow belt. It comprises of pebble- studded rocks in the shape of porus beds.

ox bow lakes-An oxbow lake is a crescent-shaped lake (yes, it looks like the bow of an oxen yoke) that forms to the side of a meandering river.

doabs- the alluvial land between two converging rivers.

Terai-a wide-brimmed felt hat, typically with a double crown, worn chiefly by travellers in subtropical regions., a belt of marshy jungle.
