Okay, jokes apart

Big Bang:

So, our whole universe was in a hot dense state then nearly 14(13.8) billion years ago expansion started.
No, I ain't gonna sing it whole, let alone Miley's

So, you asked what the big bang is, well, the big bang is the most accepted cosmological model of the beginning of the universe that we live in today. 13.8 billion years ago, can say outta an initial singularity (why? Because we don't what was before the big bang, our tools and laws break at its brink) our universe started expanding. It was so hot , that energy and mass were the same, that's when muons and quarks and then a few "seconds" later protons and neutrons came into existence, formed hydrogen, clustered to form stars, fusion took the lead, and that's how we got the bright stars in the desolate universe. Universe underwent still ongoing accelerated periods of expansion, dark energy, huh?. And outta those stars we all came into existence. So, cheer up fellas, 'cause IT ALL STARTED WITH A BIG BANG!
