Biomedical waste or also known as infectious or medical waste is defined as the solid waste generated during diagnosis, treatment and other processes.
The OSHA( occupational safety and health administration ) and FDA( Food and drug administration) are responsible for the proper disposal of bio medical wastes.
If they are relaxed then they would spread the infection in the society and then infect every healthy human being too,and also they will cause the soil pollution too
