Blastopore is the opening of the archenteron in the gastrula that develops into the mouth in protostomes and the anus in deuterostomes.
And it is found in Chordata, Hemichordata, Echinodermata (starfish, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, etc.), uniting thesegroups into a monophyletic group called the Deuterostomes.
