Blood is a viscous, sticky, and opaque fluid which is alkaline in nature.
functions of rbc...

1. it absorb digested food from intestine and carries it in the different parts of body

2. it transports excretory substances produced in body ( such as urea. uric acid, ammonia. etc.) to kidney for elimination.

3. it maintains the body temperature by distributing heat.

4. it collects co^2 from tissues and transport it to lungs for elimination.

5. it's  main function is to transport oxygen from lungs to all body tissue.

Blood is a fluid that transport oxygen and nutrients to other body parts...

RBC:-

Red blood cells are made in the bone marrow and found in the blood. It contains a protein called hemoglobin which carries oxygen from the lungs to all parts of the body .

FUNCTION:-

  1. The main function of red blood cells is to transport oxygen from the lungs to the tissues where it is used as a source of electrons and ATP synthesis in the mitochondria.
  2. It pick up Carbon dioxide from other tissues and unload it in the lungs.
  3. It transport excretory substances produced in body to kidney.
  4. It maintains the body Temperature by distributing heat
