Boiling point is the temperature at which the whole bulk of the liquid changes to its vapour.
When we supply heat to water, its temperature keeps on increasing constantly till it reaches the bioiling point. During this process, the energy between the molecules continues to increase till it reaches the boiling point. At the boiling point this energy is the highest.
This energy is called kinetic energy.
