bouncy is the force excerted by the liquid in the opposite direction or its an upward thrust on the material put in it. eg :- water excerts buncy on wood when a wooden log is put into it, hence making it float.

this phenomenon depends on gravity, pressure , thrust of the object, weight and mass of the object, density of the object.
