Hello mate.

Thanks for asking this question.

Your answer is =>

#  \underline{\bf{Kidneys}} =>

our human excretory system mainly consists of two bean shaped kidneys placed at the either sides of the vertebral column below the abdominal cavity.

The kidney mainly performs the function of secretion , Osmoregulation , Filteration and also the metabolic activities in our body.

Kidneys mainly consists of two Main parts which are namely =>

1] Medulla region .

2] Cortex region.

the medulla region is nothing but the region which is most nearest to the Ureter entering the kidney.

The Cortex region surrounds the Medulla...

Now we will se some detailed information about anatomy of Kidney.

# Kidney is surrounded by a non vascular thick covering called as the Renal Capsule.

# The kidney has a cavity inside it in which the kidney receives Nerve fibres , arteries , veins and also the main i.e Ureter.

This cavity is called as "Hilum".

# The kidney has t two parts as mentioned above i.e. Medulla and Cortex region.

The Cortex region is the region in which the Secretory parts of Nephron are contained, eg.PCT , DCT , Collecting tubules.

# the medulla region contains the filteratory units of nephron i.e. Malpighian corpuscles which is again divided into Glomerulus and Malpighian body.

# The kidneys have the medulla region containing Renal Pyramids which are 8 to 10 in number per Kidney.

# The renal pyramids arrange close to each other near the Hilum cavity to form a special part called as " DUCT OF BARTONI ".

# the kidneys are thus mainly containing Renal Cortex , Renal Medulla , Renal Pyramids , Renal nephrons as the functional parts.

The passaging parts or the transport parts of kidney are =>

* Ureter ;
* Urinary Bladder
* Urethra
* penis

Ureter is that part which is 1/4 inside the kidney in the Hilum cavity receiving the Urine collected through the Collecting Tubules.

urinary Bladder is the part which stores the urine . The maximum capacity of urinary bladder to store Urine is 1000 mL.

we feel uneasy when the urine content in urinary bladder is above 500 mL.

The urinary bladder then sends the Urine to the Ureter and then to the Urethra and then towards the Penis through which ilthe urine is thrown out of our body.

Inflameroftheancient: Brilliant answer all points are thrown in this :)
Inflameroftheancient: Should get approved !
Prefeena: what is duct of bartoni
AdityaRocks1: duct of bartoni ( actually bellini ) is nothing but an old name for duct of bellini which we can say that a space between two renal pyramids
Prefeena: tq bro
AdityaRocks1: wlcm :)
