Hello Mate!!
Answer:-
On the basis of Absorption and evolution of heat there are two types of reactions:-
1:- EXOTHERMIC:-
- It is a chemical reaction in which energy is released in the form of heat or light.
- ∆H is less than zero.
- ∆H is negative.
- Equation:- Reactants ➡ Products + Energy
- Example:- Na + Cl ➡ Nacl
2:- ENDOTHERMIC:-
- It is a chemical reaction in which heat is absorbed.
- ∆H is greater than zero.
- ∆H is positive
- Equation:- Reactants + heat ➡ Products
- Example:- 6CO2 + 6H2O ------> C6H12O6 + 6O2
Hope It Helps!!
