Hello Mate!!

Answer:-

On the basis of Absorption and evolution of heat there are two types of reactions:-

1:- EXOTHERMIC:-

  • It is a chemical reaction in which energy is released in the form of heat or light.
  • ∆H is less than zero.
  • ∆H is negative.
  • Equation:- Reactants ➡ Products + Energy
  • Example:- Na + Cl ➡ Nacl

2:- ENDOTHERMIC:-

  • It is a chemical reaction in which heat is absorbed.
  • ∆H is greater than zero.
  • ∆H is positive
  • Equation:- Reactants + heat ➡ Products
  • Example:- 6CO2 + 6H2O ------> C6H12O6 + 6O2

Hope It Helps!!
