Define camouflage. How is it beneficial for animals. Do other animals have a disadvantage from this.

camouflage means to blend oneself with the surroundings.... it is beneficial for animals as they can blend themselves with the surrounding, so that it is hard to be seen... this is a disadvantage for other animals as the prey can't be seen.

CAMOUFLAGE MEANS TO HIDE YOURSELF WITH YOUR SURROUNDINGS BY CHANGING  YOUR BODY COLOUR.THIS IS USUALLY DONE BY THE ANIMALS TO HIDE THEMSELVES FROM ENEMIES AND HUNTERS.
