Dielectric constant is the property of a given medium which determines the magnitude of electrostatic force between two charges in that medium.

A capacitor is an arrangement of two conducters separated by a small gap usually filled with dielectric and is used to store charge and hence electrostatic energy.

Hope it helps you!!!!!!

Answer:

Dielectric Constant. Dielectric constant (ϵr) is defined as the ratio of the electric permeability of the material to the electric permeability of free space (i.e., vacuum) and its value can derived from a simplified capacitormodel.
