Hi,

A chemical equation is the symbolic representation of a chemical reaction in the form of symbols and formulae, wherein the reactant entities are given on the left-hand side and the product entities on the right-hand side.

The observations are

1 change in colour of products

2 Evolution of smell or odour

3 evolution of heat while the reaction is happening

4 Precipitation of products after the reaction is held

5 evolution of gas

Hope it was helpful !
