Chromosomes : Chromosomes are the structures made up of chromatin. Chromatin is the threads of DNA that get condensed to form chromosomes.

Genes : Genes are the segments of DNA that code for proteins. Hence, each chromosome is made up of DNA and contains many genes because of segments of DNA.

DNA : The complementary DNA or cDNA is synthesized, or manufactured from an mRNA or messenger RNA template. It is synthesized in a reaction that is catalyzed by the reverse transcriptase and DNA polymerase enzymes.
