1. Colloids:- It appears to be homogeneous but actually it is heterogeneous. The particles are visible with the help of microscope.

2. Suspension:- It is a heterogeneous mixture. The partical size is visible with the naked eyes.

3. Solubility:- Amount of a substance that that dissolves in unit volume of a liquid substance. It is usually expressed as moles of solute per 100 grams of solvent.

4. Gel:- It is a sol in which solid particles are meshed such that such that rigid or semi rigid mixture results.

5. Emulsion:- A mixture of two liquids that would not normally mix..That is, to say a mixture of two immiscible liquids.

6. Vaporistaion:- The process that occurs when a chemical OT element is converted from a liquid to solid or gas.

7. Sublimation:- The process of change of solid to gas and gas to solid without changing in liquid form is known as sublimation.

8. Evaporation:- The process of change of Liquid to gas at any temperature is known as evaporation.
