Condensation is the change of water from its gaseous form (water vapor) into liquid water. Condensation generally occurs in the atmosphere when warm air rises, cools and looses its capacity to hold water vapor. As a result, excess water vapor condenses to form cloud droplets.

In meteorology, precipitation is any product of the condensation of atmospheric water vapor that falls under gravitational pull from clouds. The main forms of precipitation include drizzling, rain, sleet, snow, ice pellets, graupel and hail.

Definition :

\huge\odot Condensation : It is the process through which the physical state of matter changes from the gaseous phase into liquid phase. For example : Air changes into liquid ( water ) when it come to contact with cooler surface.

\huge\odot Precipitation : Water that is released from clouds in the form of rain , freezing rain , snow or hail. The water of the earth surface gets evaporated to the atmosphere and when the clouds gets heavy the water droplets falls as rain again to the surface of the Earth.
