EXAMPLE:- If you stir something in a pan with a metal spoon, the end you are holding soon becomes too hot to handle. Heat travels from one end of the spoon to the other through CONDUCTION.

Next comes CONVECTION.

⭐The process of transfer of heat in a liquid or a gas by the movement of the liquid or gas is called convection.

EXAMPLE- Ventilators and exhaust fans are usually near the ceiling of a room because the air we breathe out is warmer and lighter than ordinary air. It rises and escapes through the ventilator or exhaust fan, and cold, fresh air enters through the windows.Its an example of convection.

Now,Radiation.

⭐Radiation is the process by which heat travels without the help of a material medium.

EXAMPLE- Consider that you have two cans, one black and one white filled with hot water kept in shade for 10 minutes.You would see that the water in the black can cools faster than that in the white can.This is because of Radiation.Remember, that black objects are the best radiators of heat.
