1) Constituency -

The divisions of areas from where a representative is chosen for parliament is called a constituency.

2) Session -

Sessions are meetings conducted by parliaments and other legislatures to conduct its business and discuss public matters.

3) Question Hour -

Question Hour is the First Hour in the Lok Sabha (Lower house) where members of parliament can raise question against Government's policies.

4) Zero Hour -

The session held after the Question Hour is known as the Zero Hour.

5) President's Rule -

In some emergency situations like armed rebellions, Breaking of Constitutional Machinery and financial instability, the president can impose an emergency, suspend the government and take the direct control of the area under him. This is called as president's rule.
