A constitution may be defined as a set of rules and regulations, according to which a country is governed. The indian constitution is considered the fundamental law of land.It occupies a very superior position and no laws enlisted in it may be violated. The laws violating the constitution are considered null and void.
The different types of constitutions are--- written constitution, unwritten constitution, conventional or enacted constitution, the cumulative or evolve constitution, the rigid or inelastic contitution and the flexible or elastic constitution.
