Define 'Constitution'. Despite constitutional provision of free education, why all children

are not able to gain acess to education? it's urgent please tell fast. ​

Answer:1) Due to lack of money many children in country like India are illiterates. 2) People feel that instead of being educated if a child works he/she can also earn money. 3) Their economic condition is making them to do this. 4) Also many children are forced to do labour in young age.
