Marina trench is located in western Pacific ocean. Water which is able and fit for drinking is called fresh water and water which is not able and fit for drinking is called salt water.

Removal of salinity from sea water by scientific procedure, using modern sophisticated technology is called desalinisation.

The continuous process by which water is circulated throughout the earth and atmosphere through evaporation, condensation, precipitation and the transportation of plants is called water cycle.
It is also known as hydrological cycle.
