there are two type of coordination nervous coordination and chemical coordination.
nervous coordination:- nervous coordination is bought by the sense organ involving nurse and brain for example we withdraw hour hand immediately on touching a hot Pan or getting picked some games such as cricket and tennis required visual and mental coordination
chemical coordination:- chemical coordination is brought by the chemical messengers called hormones for example we vomit immediately after eating something edible or steal our nervous system works by coordinating voluntary involuntary and reflex action
