Hey

Terms to be defined :-

• Cornea

• Iris

• Pupil

• Eye lens

So ,

• Cornea :- The external most part of eye which is projecting outward direction upto some extent , is known as cornea .


It bends light rays upto some extent making it easy for the eye lens to further refraction .

• Iris :- The part of eye which controls the size if pupil by contracting or relaxing .

When it contracts , the size of pupil gets increased . When it relaxes , the size of pupil increases .

It determines the colour of eye i.e blue , black , brown .

• Pupil :- The hole in the eye just behind the cornea , which acts like a black hole , means which taps the light rays and nit let to return .

It accommodates it's size according to light present in environment .


• Eye lens :- The convex lens which is present in eye , which refracts the light rays passing throught it ( mainly converges ) and allows it to form image on retina .

It us made up transparent crystellime protien .

- They are visible on person's external eye.
- Thin, circular structures of eye.
- It is responsible for controlling the size of pupil.
- Eye colour is defined by iris.

> PUPIL
- It may appear open / close
- It is merely the avsence of iris
- It determines the amount of light entering into eye.

> EYE LENS :
- Located in the eye.
- By changing shape, it change focal length.
