cross pollination:when the pollen grains from the anther of a flower lands on the stigma of a different flower it is called cross pollination. it takes place in both bisexual and unisexual flowers

self pollination:when the pollen grains from the anther of a flower lands on the stigma of the same flower it is called self pollination. it takes place only in bisexual flowers
