Tributary; Tributary is a stream flow in to the large stream/river. And increase the water volume of the main river

Distributary; Distributary is a strean /river which flows away from a large river.It decreases the volume of water of the main river.

Syncline ; a syncline is a fold with younger layers closer to the center of the structure, whereas an anticline is the inverse of a syncline.

Delta ; A river delta is a landform created by deposition of sediment that is carried by a river as the flow leaves its mouth and enters slower-moving or stagnant water.
