In simple words dictatorship is rule that is goverened by the military.People are not at all considered important in such places. For example afghanisthan has a rule of dictatorship. It is goverenedmilitary. Now on the other hand democracy is a goverenment of the people,to the people and for the people. All the powers in a democratic form of government lie in the hands of the people. In simple words we can say that in a democratic form of government the rulers are elected by
the people.
