⇒The Dielectric constant is also known as Relative Permittivity.

⇒It is defined as the ratio of force between two charges separated by certain  distance in air to the force between he same charges separated by the same distance in the medium.

⇒Fair/Fm=K= DIELECTRIC CONSTANT OF MEDIUM.

It is a dimensionless quantity . It has no units.
