Diffusion is the movement of particles from a region of high concentration to that of low concentration.
We can also call it as intermixing of particles. (u may write examples)
gases>liquids>solids (u may expand it to words)
the rate of diff. increases on increase in temperature. Rate of diff is directly proportional to Temp.

Hi friend,
Here is the answer:

Diffusion- Diffusion means intermixing of one type of matter with another type of matter.
RATE OF ORDER OF DIFFUSION IN
1) SOLID: In solid it is less because it's intermolecular space is very less.
2) LIQUID: In liquid it is intermediate because the intermolecular space is also intermediate.
3) GASES: In gases diffusion is high as it's intermolecular space is also high.
