Disguised Unemployment- An unemployment in which a people seem to be employed but he is unemployed.

Example of urban area -
Suppose 3 people are running a small shop if one withdraws from it the output or the sales of the shops remain unaffected.

Example of rural area-
Suppose if in a family of 9 people all are engaged in the same agricultural plot. But if 4 people are withdrawn from it there will be no reduction in output.
