Definition- The number of electric field lines passing through unit area .

formula- E*A; product of electric field and Area

SI unit- Nm^2/C

By Guass law- electric flux through a closed surface enclosing a charge 'q' is 'q/epsilon)'

Clearly the flux only depend on the charge enclosed in the surface not on the radius so flux will remain same though the radius is halved.

Answer:

Electric Flux: The total number of electric lines of force diverging normally from a surface is called the electric flux through that surface.

S.I. unit of electric flux is volt metre.

Electric flux through surface element = EΔScosθ, where vector E is electric field strength. Electric flux through entire closed surface is As electric flux through the surface = 1/ε0 x q On decreasing the radius of the spherical surface to half there will be no effect on the electric flux.
