Electric Power is defined as the amount of electrical work done, ie, electrical energy consumed in unit time.
P = W/t
V = W/Q or W = VQ
So, P = V*Q/t
I = Q/t
So, P = V*I
V = IR or I = V/R
So, P = V*V/R or P = V²/R

An electrical fuse is rated at 2A. This statement means that if a current of magnitude more than 2 A flows through it, the fuse wire will melt due to joules heating effect. It is used as a safety measure to prevent overloading.

The third part seems to be incomplete to me.
