विद्युत्-ऋणात्मकता (Electronegativity) किसी परमाणु का एक रासायनिक गुण है जो दर्शाता है कि वह परणाणु किसी सहसंयोजी आबंध में एलेक्ट्रॉनों को आकर्षित करने में कितना सक्षम है। कभी-कभार प्रकार्यात्मक समूह (फंशनल ग्रुप) के विद्युत-ऋणात्मकता की भी बात की जाती है। इसे प्रतीक χ द्वारा प्रदर्शित करते हैं। इसे लाइनस पाउलिंग (Linus Pauling) ने सन् 1932 में सहसंयोजी आबंधसिद्धान्त के विकास में प्रयुक्त किया था। यह प्रदर्शित हो चुका है कि विद्युत-ऋणात्मकता अनेको अन्य रासायनिक गुणों के साथ सहसम्बन्धित है। विद्युत-ऋणात्मकता का सीधे मापन सम्भव नहीं है। यह अन्य परमाणविक या आणविक गुणो से गनना करके निकाली जाती है।
