✝️Without light that comes to us from the Sun, life on Earth would not exist. With the light energy, plants can grow and the oceans and atmosphere can maintain temperature ranges that support life.

✒Although energy is a very complex term, but still in simple words, Energy is the capacity to do work .For understanding Energy lets take some example..

⭐The engine of a car needs energy to operate and it gets it energy from the fuel that we provide it.

⭐An object falling from a height possess energy and have ability to do work. When allowed to fall, ot falls downward.

⭐When raised hammer falls on a nail placed ona wood, the nail pierces into the wood. So, here we can say the work is done by the energy possesed by hammer.

We can conclude that....

✔An object that possesses energy can exert a force on other object and a work is done. Here, the energy is transferred from one form to other form to Satisfy the law of conservation of Energy.

✝️ Mechanical energy- The capacity to do any mechanical work is known as Mechanical energy.

❇The energy possessed by a body on virtue of its motion is known as kinectic energy. The amount of work done is increase in KE.

➡️The energy possessed by a body on virtue of its position or confriguration is known as Potential energy.

✝️Thermal Energy - Thermal energy is created from the vibration of atoms and molecules within substances. The faster they move, the more energy they possess and the hotter they become. Thermal energy is also called heat energy.

✝️Chemical Energy- Chemical energy is stored in the bonds of atoms and molecules – it is the energy that holds these particles together.

✝️Nuclear energy- Nuclear energy is stored in the nucleus of atoms. This energy is released when the nuclei are combined (fusion) or split apart (fission).

✝️light energy- Light energy is a form of electromagnetic radiation. Light consists of photons, which are produced when an object's atoms heat up. Light travels in waves and is the only form of energy visible to the human eye.

✝️Sound energy- Sound energy is the movement of energy through substances. It moves in waves and is produced when a force makes an object or substance vibrate.
