Answer

⚫Law of mass reaction

◾"At a given temperature the rate of chemical reaction is directly proportional to the product of active masses of the reactant ".

⚫Equilibrium constant of a reaction

◾Ut states that "Is the ratio of the velocity constant of the forward reaction to the velocity constant of the backward reaction".

◾It is also defined as it is the ratio of product to molar concentration of product to the product of molar concentration of the reactant.

A number that expresses the relationship between the amounts of products and reactants present at equilibrium in a reversible chemical reaction at a given temperature is called equilibrium constant of reaction.

LAW OF MASS ACTION :

The principle that the rate of a chemical reaction is proportional to the concentrations of the reacting substances is known as LAW OF MASS ACTION.
