The answer is.

Estuary- it is a body of water. They are devoid of any deposits.they are not fertile.they are regions of high tide. West flowing rivers like Narmada and tapi forms estuary.



Deltas- it is a land mass.they consists of sedimentary deposited. They are fertile.they are regions of low tide. East flowing rivers like ganga and brahmputra/krishna /kaveri forms deltas.
