We know that evaportion causes cooling effect to our body as well as to the surrounding.
Cotton clothes are good absorber of sweat it you can say water .
They trap these sweat in there pores and which later get evaporated by taking heat from our body.
Hence, loss of heat occurs here. Which clearly leads to colling effect.
Thus wearing cotton clothes is preferred most.
