Evaporation is the stage in which liquids turn to gaseous form
Sublimation is the process by which a solid turns to gas without turning to liquid
latent heat is the heat required to convert a solid into a liquid or gas, or a liquid into a gas, without change of temperature

Hello friend
EVAPORATION:- Evaporation is a surface phenomenon. Particles from the surface gain enough energy to overcome the forces of attraction present in the liquid and change into vapour state .Evaporation also causes cooling.

SUBLIMATION:- The process in which solid directly converted into gaseous state without coming into liquid state and vice versa is called sublimation.

My dear friend
There are two type latent heat 1. Latent heat of fusion
and 2. Latent heat of vaporization
My dear friend which type of latent heat you want to
know ...........

I HOPE MY DEAR FRIEND IT WILL HELP YOU
