Answer:-
Ferromagnetism:-
- Ferromagnetism is the basic mechanism by which certain materials form permanent magnets, or are attracted to magnets.
- Substance which are attracted most easily in magnetic field is called Ferromagnetic substance.
- Examples:- Fe, Co, Ni, CrO2 and Alnico (alloy of Co, Fe and Cu).
- It occurs due to alignment of all magnetic moments (due to unpaired e-) in the same directions.
important element in FERROMAGNETISM:-
- Iron
- Nickel
- Cobalt
These are the most important elements in the phenomenon of ferromagnetism.
