the distance between the centre of a Divergent lens or Concave Lens and its Focus is termed as Focal Length of A Divergent Lens where Focus is the point on the Principle Axis where the Parallel Rays of Light Converge.
Because in Divergent Lens, the Parallel Rays of Light Converge to form a Virtual Image in the Left Side of the Lens, So the Value of its Focal Length in '-ve'.

The focus of a divergent i.e. concave lens is the point on the principal axis from which the light rays parallel to the axis is diverged after passing through the lens. The distance between the pole of the concave lens and principal focus is called Focal length.
