FOCUS OF CONCAVE MIRROR
Light rays that are parallel to the principal axis of a concave mirror converge at a specific point on its principal axis after reflecting from the mirror. This point is known as the principal focus of the concave mirror.
FOCUS OF CONVEX MIRROR
Image Formation by Convex Mirrors. When parallel light-rays strike a convex mirror they are reflected such that they appear to emanate from a single point located behind the mirror, as shown in Fig. This point is called the virtual focus of the mirror.
