The push or pull of an object is considered a force. Push and pull come from the objects interacting with one another. Terms like stretch and squeeze can also be used to denote force.

in daily life:-

  1. When I walk, I need to use force to push myself forward.
  2. When I go to bed, I use force to pull the blanket over myself.
  3. Another use is driving a car, either by putting pressure on the gas pedal or by the car pushing itself by me pushing on the pedal.
  4. When I need to take a shower, I use force to turn on the water.
  5. To brush my teeth, I use force to move side to side.
  6. When exercising, I use force to do the exercise(s).
