Define force.
It is the push or a pull that changes or tends to change the shape and size of a object.
Example:-
A football at rest has to be kicked to send it over a distance. We are exerting the force on it.
We exert a force when we push, pull, kick or lift a given object.

In physics, a force is any interaction that, when unopposed, will change the motion of an object. A force can cause an object with mass to change its velocity, i.e., to accelerate. Force can also be described intuitively as a push or a pull. A force has both magnitude and direction, making it a vector quantity.
In SI base units: kg·m/s2
Other units: dyne, pound-force, poundal, kip, kilopond
Derivations from other quantities: F = m a
SI unit: Newton
