Condensation is the process of changing the state of vapour to liquid state when the temperature is lowered beyond a certain limit, while freezing is the process of changing the state of liquid into solid state. when the temperature is lowered beyond a certain limit, called freezing point.

Freezing is a phase transition in which a liquid turns into a solid when its temperature is lowered below its freezing point. I

Condensation is the change of the physical state of matter from the gas phase into the liquid phase, and is the reverse of vaporisation.
