Frequency - no of vibration in one second.
Wavelength - maximum distance between two concecutive crest or trough. 
Echo- it is reflection of sound.

SONAR-sound navigation and ranging.

Ultrasound is used in medicine nd also used to detect invisible flaws.

Wavelength is the distance between two consecutive crests or troughs.

Echo is the reflection of a sound after striking a surface. It can be only be heard after 0.1 second.
