Genetic drift refers to sudden accumulation of many variations, this leads to formation of new offsprings that cannot reproduce with the previous versions of the species.
Natural selection is the process wherein only the finest species annihilate the remaining species and the weaker species will be destroyed.
Reproductive isolation can be due to various barriers, natural or man-made, in this, a population is split into parts and are separated from the other group(s) for a while. After some time, if the groups were to meet again, the will act as different species and will not reproduce.
