Climate change includes both the global warming driven by human emissions of greenhouse gases, and the resulting large-scale shifts in weather patterns.

Global warming is the unusually rapid increase in Earth's average surface temperature over the past century primarily due to the greenhouse gases released by people burning fossil fuels.

Global warming is the long-term heating of Earth's climate system observed since the pre-industrial period (between 1850 and 1900) due to human activities, primarily fossil fuel burning, which increases heat-trapping greenhouse gas levels in Earth's atmosphere.

Because of Global warming the ice in mountains, mainly Antartica is melting and because of it floods can be happen in future. The ozone layer is also been affected by it. Holes are there in Ozone layer now and because of it the harmful ultraviolet rays enter our Earth.

I hope it helps
