The Golgi apparatus, also known as the Golgi complex, Golgi body, or simply the Golgi, is an organelle found in most eukaryotic cells. Part of the endomembrane system in the cytoplasm, it packages proteins into membrane-bound vesicles inside the cell before the vesicles are sent to their destination.

Explanation:
Golgi Apparatus also called as Golgi bodies or Golgi complex .It is composed of membranes bound fluid filled vesicles , vacuoles and stack of many flattened , closed sacs .But in plant cell they are distributed throughout the cytoplasm are are called dictyosomes. In animals , they are larger and one or two membrane while in plants they are smaller and more in number .The membranes of Golgi Apparatus often have connections with the membranes of Endoplasmic reticulum through ER vesicles .
