All the living organism refers to live in those place which are best suited to their needs. The place or surroundings where a plant or an animal lives is called its habitats. Actually, Habitat means dwelling place. A Habitat provides food, water, air, light, cell shelter place for breeding to the plants and animals living in it. In set a habitat provides the organism everything which they need to live.
Different types of plants and animals live in different habitats. Some examples of habitats are desert, mountain region, grassland, garden, field, soil, homes, trees, ponds, lakes, river, ocean and sea-shores.
